CNC Milling

The creation of complex shapes from materials such as 300 or 400 series stainless steel, thermosets, thermoplastics and softer metals such as aluminum, copper and brass is an everyday success at Reading Plastic Fabricators.  Operations are performed on cutting edge vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers, CAM driven for precision, accuracy and repeatability.

Secondary operations such as inserting threads, through bores, personalized hot stamping or silk screening is available.  Surface finishes can be optical quality and also post production polished for demanding applications.  Typical industries served include telecom, aviation  and aerospace, military applications, agriculture and waste treatment facilities.
